Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated
Client Relationship Manager
with experience in
tax, accounting, or financial consulting
. The ideal candidate will build and maintain client relationships, ensure timely service delivery, and identify opportunities to add value through our advisory solutions.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of clients in tax and business advisory services.
Act as the main point of contact for all client communications and inquiries.
Coordinate with internal
Tax Consultants and Accounting Teams
to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable tax or compliance services.
Identify opportunities for
cross-selling and upselling
additional services.
Prepare and maintain client reports and documentation using CRM tools.
Support the business development team with proposals and client presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (mandatory).
2-4 years of experience
in client relationship management, account servicing, or business development within
tax, accounting, or consulting
firms.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(Arabic is an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Good understanding of
UAE Corporate Tax and VAT
is preferred.
(Preferred) Advanced qualification such as
MBA, M.Com, CA, or CMA
.
