Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Client Relationship Manager

with a proven background in tax consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery, and acting as a bridge between clients and our internal tax teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong, ongoing communication. Understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of tax and advisory services. Coordinate with internal tax consultants, auditors, and legal teams to fulfill client requirements efficiently. Proactively identify opportunities to add value through advisory services or tax solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE tax laws (including VAT and Corporate Tax) and communicate relevant changes to clients. Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Prepare client reports, engagement updates, and assist in preparing proposals and presentations. Support business development efforts by nurturing existing client accounts and identifying referral opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client relationship or account management within a tax consultancy or advisory firm. Strong understanding of UAE tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and accuracy. Bilingual - Fluent in Arabic and English Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM system experience is a plus.
