Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and timely service delivery
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to introduce clients to additional services
Build strong relationships with existing clients to generate referral leads and expand the client base
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, resolving queries and concerns efficiently
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of services
Requirements:
Proven experience in a client relationship or account management, preferably within the tax, finance, or consulting industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive approach to business development through relationship-building
Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail
