About the Role

We are looking for a

Client Relationship Manager - Tax Advisory

to manage and expand our client portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and identifying opportunities to provide additional value through our tax and consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of tax and advisory clients, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery. Serve as the primary contact for client communication, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently. Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional tax and consulting services. Collaborate closely with internal tax and finance teams to ensure seamless service execution. Prepare periodic reports and performance updates for management and clients.

Candidate Profile

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (

Mandatory

). Must have excellent

Hindi

and

English

communication (

Mandatory

) 2-4 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development -- ideally within

tax, finance, or consulting sectors

. Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple clients efficiently. (Preferred) MBA, M.Com, Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA qualification.
