Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns and complaints on real time basis by following company process and maintaining the brand name and client satisfaction
  • Maintain the brand image, at the same time ensure the customer is happy
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
  • Analyze and raise customer requests to the team leader and ensure it closes
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
  • Be persuasive with the customers and ensure the payments are on time
Requirements:
  • Arabic & English communication skills
  • Target oriented
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Good computer skills
  • Pleasing personality
  • Energetic and smart
  • Ability to handle pressure and strict timelines
  • 3-5 years of Real Estate - experience is a must
