Designation: - Client Relations Executive Location: - RAK, UAE Job Brief: The Customer Service Executive is an essential role in effective which act as the first point of customer contact for all forms of customer communication through phone calls, Emails and chats, solving customer issues, and improving our processes Responsibilities and accountabilities
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
Take ownership of customers\xe2\x80\x99 issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Following up on complicated customer calls when required and collecting the documents.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the system daily basis
Handle customer service complaints with professionalism and confidence
Identifying and initiating improvements to work, customer service, quality, and work process and contributing to business efficiency goals.
Carry out all the tasks ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer through open and interactive communication.
Knowledge, skills, and Abilities
A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in administration or any other field.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
Fluent in English both verbal & Written skills
Basic PC skills required especially MS Excel, Word, and PDF
Excellent organizational, follow up and time management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Leaning and information Absorption.
Ability to commute/relocate: Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor\'s (Preferred) Experience: accounts, admin, & any other field: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English, Hindi (Preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
