Job Description

  • Manage all incoming clients and any phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all paperwork (digital and non-digital) is prepared, recorded, and filled accordingly.
  • Ensure all Clinic staff are continuously advised and updated on appointments, cancellations and any rescheduled appointments.
  • Ensure all client information is kept confidential and any sensitive information is protected at all times.
  • Greet customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as required to assist in the daily Clinic operation.
  • Answer all inquiries related to the clinic services.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is always provided.
  • Ability to sell the Services and the products that are available at the clinic.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a client relation executive in a healthcare facility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, and strong planning and time management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a great personality - warm, friendly, and outgoing
  • Must be willing to work in Dubai
  • Experience achieving and exceeding targets
