About Role:
Act as the primary ambassador for our clinic, managing inquiries and providing a seamless, five-star patient journey.
Conduct detailed consultations to understand patient desires, address concerns, and expertly present our range of luxury dental treatments (e.g., cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, veneers).
Build lasting relationships with our discerning patient base, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage appointment schedules, follow-ups, and the entire patient coordination process with precision and care.
