Call Centre Executive For Dental Clinic

Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Centre Agent to join our dental CLINIC team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for dental clinics, dentists, and clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and providing accurate information about clinic services. Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of dental terminology are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist dental professionals with order placements, tracking, and status updates. Provide information on dental services, and turnaround times. Document all communications and maintain updated client records. Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department as needed. Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction or provide updates on ongoing cases. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to support client needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (dental or healthcare industry preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic understanding of dental procedures, terminology, or laboratory processes is a plus. Proficient with computers and customer relationship
Work Environment:
Office-based role within a dental clinic setting. Fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
