Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, equipment, and materials to assigned sites. Maintain vehicles in proper working order and ensure they are clean.
Team supervision:
Supervise cleaning staff, ensuring all duties are carried out efficiently and to the required standard.
Quality control:
Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure cleanliness meets the company's standards.
Task coordination:
Liaise with administrators or other team members to plan and schedule cleaning tasks, coordinate with clients, and act as a communication conduit between management and the cleaning team.
Inventory management:
Monitor, manage, and request the purchase of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
Safety and compliance:
Ensure the team follows all safety protocols and that the vehicles comply with all traffic regulations and company policies.
Skills and qualifications
Valid driver's license:
A valid driving license is essential.
Supervisory experience:
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Communication skills:
Good communication is needed to coordinate with the team and with management.
Organizational skills:
Must be able to manage schedules and resources efficiently.
