Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer's relationship within the FM industry. (Schools, Hotels, Kitchen, residential community, commercial buildings, government offices, Hospitals, Accommodations, etc.) Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting Ensure Group of Companies FM (Facilities Management) services primarily in the B2C sector. Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments. Lead the development and preparation of RFP's, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations. Generate project/business opportunities and RFP's through customer contact to meet company's business plans and growth strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive service providers, and potential opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for both parties. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue goals set by management. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting our FM services and value proposition.

Requirements

Strong understanding of FM services

and the ability to articulate their value to potential clients. Proficient in using Microsoft Applications to track sales activities and client information. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to conduct detailed market research and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities. At least

4 years of experience in FM Industry Sales division
