About Us:

Ozland Services LLC is part of Ozland Group Solutions, a well-established Australian company providing high-quality Integrated Facilities Services. We are opening our new Dubai branch and are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager from within the Integrated Facilities Services sector to drive our UAE market entry.

Our services include cleaning, security, valet parking, concierge, traffic control, and maintenance -- all delivered by our own trained teams under one integrated service model.

The Role:

We are only seeking applicants with a proven track record in winning multi-service contracts within the facilities services industry.

If you have not worked in facilities services sales before, your application will not be considered.

This is a key role in our Dubai launch team -- you will be responsible for securing contracts, building long-term client relationships, and establishing Ozland's reputation in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

Win new business across our integrated service lines. Identify, target, and secure contracts with commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential clients. Maintain a strong industry network in Dubai and the UAE. Prepare professional proposals and deliver impactful client presentations. Work with operations to ensure smooth service mobilisation. Meet and exceed agreed sales targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years' proven B2B sales experience in the facilities services industry (cleaning, security, valet, concierge, maintenance, etc.). Demonstrated ability to secure high-value, multi-service contracts. Strong UAE market knowledge and client network. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. UAE driving licence preferred.
Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 10,000 - 15,000 (depending on experience) Commission: Attractive structure based on contract value. Company benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
