A cleaning and technical services company, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager & Supervisor
to help expand our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supervising ongoing projects, and building strong client relationships. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant industry experience and a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the cleaning and technical services sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Supervise and oversee project execution, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Manage and expand the operational team to meet growing business demands.
Conduct market research and develop strategies to improve business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project completion.
Handle negotiations, contracts, and pricing discussions with clients.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development and/or project supervision in the cleaning and technical services industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
A valid
driving license
is preferred.
