Our client, a leading Multinational Holdings company, are looking to hire a Corporate Insurance Claim Director to join their team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the claims operations and developing & implementing policies that align with the strategic objectives of the Business.
Responsibilities:

• 
  Monitor claim Trends and Identify opportunities to improve the claims process and customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborating with other functions such as Underwriting and Actuarial to ensure that claims are priced appropriately and that policies are effective.
  
• Interacting with the Insurance Advisors / Companies for renewal/ Issuance of policies and seamless processing of insurance claims on an ongoing basis.
  
• Engaging with the multiple stakeholders within the company for gathering documentation and submission to Insurance companies ensuring renewal and claims get processed on timely basis.
  
• Adhering to all timelines regarding renewal and loss reporting.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and market contacts.
  
• High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy & completeness.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external teams for input and reporting requirements.
  
• 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of handling insurance portfolios at an Insurance Brokering House.
  
• Knowledge of the Marine/Commodities, Money, Fidelity, Property/Construction, Inventory, Commercial and Cyber insurance policies.
  
• Ability to implement structured activities or operations, while monitoring success metrics on a regular basis.
  
• Graduate / Post-Graduate Degree qualified with relevant courses in Insurance.

Important:

• 
  Detailed understanding of Claims and Wordings in the Policy.
  
• Must come from an insurance background - Preferably have worked for a broker.
  
• Well-rounded professional.
  
• Good writing skills \xe2\x80\x93 Must be able to simplify contracts, Terms and Conditions as well as policy wordings.
  
• Should be CII Certified.
