Job title: Claims / Delay Quantum manager
pOSITION OVERVIEW:
To support the Senior Contract Manager and Project Director in providing guidance and leadership to develop, implement, and drive proactive contract/claim management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to offensive and defensive claim submissions
- Produce position papers for submission to Arbitration proceedings
- Liaise with Legal Counsel for Arbitration documentation
- Quantum/programme analysis of EOT/Delay claims
- Ensure proper record keeping and file preparation in support of robust claim files
- Produce correspondence on claims
SKILLS & EDUCATION
- An expert in contract and claims management and proven background in operating in a senior contract leadership
- Knowledge and experience of FIDIC claim management process
- Proficient in fluent English
- Proficient in MS Office Tools
