We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to join our team In this role, you will manage all aspects of construction management, supervision, design, and project administration of large and medium-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, extensive experience in managing similar projects, and a proven track record in project management.

What you'll be doing:

Oversee and coordinate all project activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage and lead a large project management team of interdisciplinary professionals. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental Protection standards. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on schedule. Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics. Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Oversee project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively. Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution. Lead the evaluation and constructability of technical and financial proposals. Solve technical problems that may arise during construction. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in international construction/contract law, contract administration procedures, and staff management. Interpret statutes, code ordinances, and regulations.

What skills You bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university with professional qualifications from a recognized international institution and a professional career development record. Minimum of 10-15 years post-graduate experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or technical lead capacity. Extensive experience in managing all aspects of construction management, supervision, design, and project administration of large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience must include all Health & Safety and Environmental Protection aspects of the construction of similar large-scale projects. Demonstrated experience in technical and financial proposals, evaluation, constructability, technology deployment, and solving technical problems during construction. Strong leadership qualities to lead a large project management team of interdisciplinary professionals. Knowledge and ability to understand, lead, and make appropriate decisions to progress the work mentioned in each staff member's responsibilities. Membership of an accredited Project Management Institution is an advantage.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Must be fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, with excellent technical writing skills as well as oral and written communication skills. Strong leadership qualities to lead and motivate a large team of multi-disciplinary technical and professional supervision staff in a consultant role within a Design-Build project environment. Computer skills are mandatory. Experience working in Qatar and/or the Gulf region is highly preferred. Must have deep knowledge of Concern Ministries' Laws, Rules, and Regulations

MMUP / UPDA Engineer Certification: Mandatory

PMP (Project Management Professional) Essential

PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) Essential

CPCM (Certified Professional Contract Manager) Desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
