Construction Site Logistics Manager

to join our site operations team.

Role Overview:

The Construction Site Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all site logistics to ensure the smooth and safe movement of materials, equipment, and personnel. This is a critical role supporting the timely and efficient execution of construction activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the site logistics plan in coordination with site and project management teams. Manage delivery schedules, vehicle access, loading/unloading zones, and storage areas on site. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure materials and equipment are delivered and distributed efficiently. Monitor and manage site traffic and access controls, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure clear signage, traffic routes, and pedestrian safety measures are in place and maintained. Oversee site facilities including hoardings, welfare units, waste disposal, and utilities coordination. Maintain records of logistics activities, deliveries, and permits. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in site operations and implement proactive solutions. Support the wider construction management team in achieving project timelines and site coordination.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years' experience in a logistics or site operations role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction site logistics planning, supply chain, and safety protocols. Proven experience working on large-scale construction or development projects, ideally with a developer or main contractor. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. UAE experience and familiarity with local regulations is preferred. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
