G+1 Licensed Civil Engineer

to oversee and manage site-level operations and ensure projects are executed to standard, on time, and within budget.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a

qualified and experienced Civil Engineer (G+1 Licensed)

to lead the execution and supervision of our construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, site management skills, and a proactive approach to solving challenges on-ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the Engineer of Record for G+1 projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations. Lead and supervise daily site activities across multiple active sites. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely progress and quality control. Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and site reports. Verify that work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Manage construction schedules, project milestones, and deliverables. Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities when required. Conduct inspections, snagging, and handovers. Ensure HSE compliance across all activities on-site. Maintain accurate documentation including site diaries, work permits, inspection logs, and progress reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required).

Dubai Municipality-approved G+1 license

(must-have or currently under process). Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, fit-out, or renovation works in the UAE. Strong knowledge of local building codes, materials, and practices. Proven track record in managing and delivering residential or commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and site measurement tools. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications:

UAE Society of Engineers membership. Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH). Experience in design review and coordination with MEP trades.
