Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced engineer with a robust background in civil engineering. The ideal applicant will possess experience in the UAE, particularly in Dubai, with a focus on residential villas. The candidate must exhibit a comprehensive understanding of local regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the construction of villas in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that quality standards are upheld.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, reports, and budgets.
- Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Resolve any technical issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Implement safety and quality control measures on-site.
- Coordinate the handover of completed works to clients and the completion of necessary rectification works, as per project specifications.
- Inspect materials and ongoing work for compliance with specified requirements.
- Provide data regarding variation orders and site instructions.
- Offer measurement and valuation, in collaboration with the project quantity surveyor when appropriate.
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

UAE experience in the construction of residential villas (required).

Strong communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
