Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Site Engineer

with a valid driving license to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires frequent travel to various construction sites, making a valid driving license essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow. Perform site inspections and provide technical advice and support. Maintain detailed site records including work progress, site instructions, and materials usage. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Conduct quality control checks and resolve any onsite technical issues. Liaise with design teams and provide feedback on construction feasibility or design changes. Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, risks, and progress. Travel to and from multiple sites as required, ensuring timely presence and supervision.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in site engineering or a similar role.

Valid UAE driving license

and willingness to travel to various project sites. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction software is a plus. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

Experience in [industry-specific detail, e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure projects]. Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes. Familiarity with surveying tools and techniques.
