Supervise all construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety standards.
Ensure the project is
adequately staffed
, with proper allocation of manpower and resources.
Monitor project progress against schedules and take
corrective actions
to address delays or issues.
Ensure
client and consultant requirements
are met throughout the project lifecycle and adapt to evolving project needs.
Conduct
quality control and quality assurance inspections
to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
Identify, analyze, and mitigate
project risks
, and report potential issues proactively.
Prepare and maintain
comprehensive site documentation
, including daily reports, progress reports, material inspections, and coordination records.
Coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
for reporting, tracking progress, and data analysis.
