Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site workers and subcontractors. Closing Work Orders, reactive & preventive maintinance. Coordinate daily work activities and schedules. Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications. Enforce health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of work activities and progress. Communicate effectively with management.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil maintenance, with 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Valid Driving Licenence in the UAE.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
