Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of civil maintenance workers, masons, carpenters, and laborers. Inspect sites regularly to assess maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks and repair jobs. Monitor work progress and provide technical guidance and on-site support. Coordinate with engineers and contractors for ongoing maintenance and repair projects. Ensure timely procurement and availability of tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain records of maintenance work, labor usage, and materials consumption. Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and government regulations. Respond promptly to emergencies and perform troubleshooting on civil infrastructure issues.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2-10 years of experience in civil maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Skills:
Strong knowledge of civil construction and maintenance practices Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Good leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with safety protocols and maintenance standardsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
