Job Description
:
Previous experience in civil maintenance works and supervision or inspection of maintenance projects
Record inspections, tests, work executed. Supervise the civil maintenance works in daily basis
Quality checking in each building as per standard regulation. Preparing the snag reports for each building in monthly basis
Monitor the review of the contractor's documents/shop drawings to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the stability or function of any components or systems Preparing daily logs and reportsMonitoring and ensuring that all civil maintenance aspects of the projects are carried out as per inspection plan/drawings/codes and specifications
Monitor safety aspects when dealing with Civil maintenance and project installations Perform and or evaluate tests confirming quality requirements, civil maintenance projects finishes, and building components by conducting thorough site inspection for all civil maintenance works as per approved shop drawings, specifications and method statementSalary: AED5,500
