Job Description

We are looking for an Civil Maintenance Engineer with Min 6+ years of UAE Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of buildings and civil infrastructure to assess conditions and identify maintenance needs. Perform or supervise repair and maintenance tasks including masonry, concrete patching, tiling, roofing, plastering, waterproofing, and painting. Ensure all civil works comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for outsourced maintenance and civil works. Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of inspections, work orders, and maintenance logs. Respond to urgent repair requests and emergencies in a timely manner. Support renovation and remodeling projects by providing civil engineering expertise. Review and approve material specifications and technical drawings related to civil work. Ensure minimal disruption to facility operations during maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. 6+ years of experience in building maintenance or civil engineering (typically 3-5 years for mid-level roles). Strong understanding of building systems, civil materials, and construction methods. Knowledge of local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
