Civil Maintenance Engineer Bilingual
Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil maintenance activities across facilities, ensuring timely and quality completion of work. Supervise and execute repair, maintenance, and renovation works including gypsum drywall, painting, tiling, plastering, masonry, and other civil works. Prepare work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance of maintenance teams and subcontractors. Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs and provide technical solutions. Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and HSE policies. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate project status to management. Provide cost estimates, material take-offs, and ensure timely procurement of required materials. Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in civil maintenance, particularly
gypsum drywall systems
and other finishing works. Strong knowledge of general civil works such as masonry, plastering, painting, flooring, waterproofing, and carpentry. Excellent communication skills inArabic and English
(both verbal and written). ValidQatar Driving License
(mandatory). Strong leadership skills to supervise technicians and coordinate with clients. Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Familiar with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
