. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is completed as per the approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead site finishing teams, including masons, carpenters, painters, tilers, and other trades.
Execute and oversee finishing activities including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, painting, false ceiling, joinery, tiling, marble, and final coat applications.
Ensure daily work execution aligns with project specifications, approved shop drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and QA/QC to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and daily progress reporting.
Ensure all finishing works are completed on time and meet handover schedules.
Inspect delivered materials and ensure correct usage and minimal wastage on site.
Report site issues, delays, or material shortages to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed by workers and report violations immediately.
Support in snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities with the quality and client teams.
Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certifications.
5-8 years of UAE experience
in finishing works for
high-rise buildings
is mandatory.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, finishing details, and sequencing.
Ability to manage multiple finishing trades and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Familiarity with authority regulations and safety practices on high-rise sites.
