We are seeking a skilled

Finishing Foreman (Civil)

to supervise finishing works on villa and building projects at Zaya Zuhha Island, Jumeirah 1, Dubai. The successful candidate will ensure quality workmanship, adherence to timelines, and smooth coordination with the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate finishing civil works on site Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards are met Manage and motivate the finishing team for optimal performance Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety and project specifications Report daily progress and issues to management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Finishing Foreman in civil construction Strong knowledge of finishing works in villa and building projects Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety standards on site
