We are seeking an UAE Experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in building construction to join our team.

The ideal candidate must possess 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience exclusively within the UAE, specifically in multi-storey building projects.

Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Site Supervision:

Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Conduct daily site inspections and monitor progress against the work schedule. Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Verify and ensure correct implementation of approved materials and finishes.

Technical Coordination:

Interpret construction and interior fit-out drawings and provide technical guidance. Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for site-related decisions and approvals. Assist in the preparation and review of shop drawings and method statements.

Planning & Documentation:

Assist in preparing project schedules, resource plans, and material submittals. Maintain site records including daily work reports, inspection logs, and material receipts. Ensure documentation of variations, site instructions, and progress photographs.

Quality & Safety:

Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with relevant quality standards and safety regulations. Conduct quality checks and issue snag lists and rectification reports. Report any incidents or safety violations and take preventive/corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant experience only building construction projects (UAE experience preferred). Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and Trakhees regulations is a plus. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Pay: Salary will be determined based on interview performance and experience.
