The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and regulatory compliance, and will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities meet local building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of construction projects from planning to execution. Ensure project compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals. Review architectural and structural drawings and coordinate with design and execution teams. Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress and quality control. Resolve engineering issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local construction codes and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Valid Dubai Municipality license (Mandatory).

3-5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and inspection procedures. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software. Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in

English

and

Arabic

is required. UAE Driving License is preferred.
