Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaker) - For an Engineering Consultancy Firm in Dubai
A licensed engineering consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking to hire:
Arabic-speaking Civil Engineer certified by Dubai Municipality (G+4)Basic Requirements:
Valid certification from
Dubai Municipality with a G+4 license
.Minimum 7 years of experience inside Dubai (mandatory requirement).
Full knowledge ofUAE construction laws, regulations, and approval procedures
. Strong experience dealing with variousmunicipalities and regulatory authorities
(Dubai Municipality, Licensing, Nakheel, DEWA, etc.). High proficiency insite supervision, preparing technical and structural reports and drawings
. Ability toprofessionally coordinate with contractors and government authorities
.Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Etabs, Primavera, etc. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Notes:
Only candidates with a
valid UAE residence visa
