We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented

Civil Engineer

to join our Interior Fit-Out team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and executing interior fit-out projects in the UAE, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion in line with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to interior fit-out works. Ensure construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate on-site work sequences to ensure smooth and efficient progress. Monitor workmanship and ensure required quality standards are consistently maintained.

Site Coordination

Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site labor for proper task execution. Liaise with designers, consultants, and the Project Engineer to obtain clarifications on drawings and technical details. Assist in resolving minor site-related issues and promptly escalate major concerns to the Project Engineer.

Technical Support (Site-Based)

Interpret construction drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams. Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and report them in a timely manner. Assist in material inspections and ensure materials comply with project specifications and approvals.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to site safety regulations and company safety procedures. Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards. Report unsafe practices and support implementation of corrective actions on site.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site records, including work progress reports and manpower deployment. Assist in preparing site documentation such as inspection requests, checklists, and work completion reports. Provide regular site progress updates to the Project Engineer.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum

2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE

. Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills.
