Job Title: Civil Engineer (Interior Fit Out)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Civil Engineer specializing in turnkey interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess a "builder's mindset"--someone who can translate complex architectural blueprints into flawless physical spaces. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-spec interiors, managing the delicate balance between structural integrity, aesthetic finishing, and MEP synchronization.

Key Responsibilities

Execution Management:

Supervise the full lifecycle of fit-out works, including civil partitions, MEP first/second fix, glass works, and high-end joinery installation.

Conflict Resolution:

Conduct thorough "clash detection" between civil drawings and MEP layouts before execution to minimize rework and material wastage.

Subcontractor Governance:

Manage specialized sub-contractors (HVAC, Firefighting, Joinery) to ensure work is delivered according to the approved Method Statements and Quality Plans.

Progress Reporting:

Generate weekly progress reports (WPR) and attend site progress meetings with Project Managers and Client Representatives.

Cost & Resource Control:

Monitor site-level expenses and resource allocation to ensure the project remains within the allocated Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Handover Excellence:

Manage the testing and commissioning phase, ensuring all O&M manuals and "As-Built" drawings are prepared for a seamless client handover.
Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Attested).

Experience:

4-7 years of proven experience in the

UAE Fit-out industry

, specifically handling luxury retail, hospitality, or Grade-A office spaces.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced knowledge of

AutoCAD

and

Primavera P6

or

MS Project

.
Strong understanding of

DM/DCD/DEWA/Empower

regulations and inspection processes.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional problem-solving skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight commercial deadlines.

Licensing:

A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for site-to-site mobility.
