We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our dynamic team specializing in Interior Fit-Out works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing interior projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards, timely delivery, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee all site activities related to civil and interior fit-out works. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects. Ensure that all materials and workmanship are in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and standards. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Supervise site labor force and subcontractors. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and issues on-site. Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and safety standards. Prepare and manage project documentation including BOQs, RFIs, and project close-out documents. Support cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement activities when required.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in the Interior Fit-Out industry. Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, detailing, and site execution processes. Excellent understanding of project management tools, drawings, and technical specifications. Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure. Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
