Position Overview

We are seeking a

Civil Engineer

to join our facilities management team. The role involves supervising maintenance and renovation work, performing inspections, and ensuring all properties meet safety and structural standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of existing buildings and structures. Plan and oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation activities. Prepare maintenance schedules, cost estimates, and technical reports. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff. Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety codes. Recommend and implement improvement or preventive maintenance solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

(required). Minimum 4

years of experience

in

building maintenance or facilities management

. Strong knowledge of structural systems, waterproofing, and concrete repair. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred

Experience with residential and commercial property portfolios. Familiarity with preventive maintenance or asset management systems.
