We are a leading company in building and construction. Specialized in the construction of residential & commercial villas, warehouses and buildings with the highest quality and best rates required.

We are looking for a talented and accomplished Cost Control / Office Engineer to join our growing business.

Responsibilities:

. Monitor project budgets and cost forecast.

. Analyze project expenditures and identify variances

Prepare and reconcile cost plus records.

. Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate software.

Review, analyze and make recommendations for contractor claims.

Prepare accurate estimates for materials and technical requirements.

Monitor project budgets, providing regular updates to management.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and cost control.

Execute additional tasks as requested by management.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architecture, or related field. Min. 3 years experience in experience in cost control & planning. Proficiency in cost control software (e.g., Primavera, similar tools). Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Primavera and Excel. Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources. Strong time management skills. Ability to use the scientific process to solve problems. Language: Arabic (Mother Language), English
