Job Description
Cost Control Engineer - Civil Required:
Involved in preparation of Cost Planning and Detail Budgeting based on the work breakdown structure. Preparing Comparisons of Dry cost against Budget cost Review the Sub contractor Payment Certificates. Evaluate the Material and Sub-contractor Comparisons. Review the Store Issue Vouchers (SIV's) and verify the assigned cost codes by store keeper. Evaluate the Material Requisition (MR) against allocated budget and reporting the concerns to the manager. Prepare Monthly Cost to Complete (CTC) report. Co-ordinate with Planning and commercial department to get the progress of work done to compare the earn value against actual cost. Coordinate with site Construction team, site commercial department, Procurement department and account department to get accrual to be considered in the CTC Report.
