: Civil Contract Administrator

We Are Hiring! - Civil Contract Administrator



Responsibilities:



Administration of construction contracts (FIDIC & other standard forms).

Preparation, review, and management of all contractual correspondence and documentation.

Handle client and subcontractor invoicing processes accurately and on time.

Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors to support project deliverables.

Provide contractual and commercial advice to the project teams.

Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.

Participate in negotiations and resolution of claims, variations, and disputes.

Maintain complete records of contract documents, change orders, and approvals.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE in a similar role, with strong exposure to FIDIC contracts.

Solid understanding of invoicing, contract administration, and claims management.

Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor QS team members.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Available to join within 1 month or less.

Based in UAE & available for physical interviews.
