. This role is responsible for managing contract documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and supporting the project team in all contract-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Prepare, review, and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and documentation.
Support the preparation and evaluation of claims, variations, and extensions of time.
Maintain accurate records of contract documents, amendments, and communications.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and legal advisors on contractual issues.
Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts and subcontracts.
Monitor contract performance and alert management to potential risks or issues.
Ensure alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(Civil or related field) or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience
in contract administration within
building construction
.
Fluent in Arabic
(spoken and written) -
mandatory
.
Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC), legal frameworks, and project documentation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Contract Management or Construction Law.
Experience in high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects.
Familiarity with local construction regulations and permitting processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
