You will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, mitigating risks, and handling contract-related correspondence and notices throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and issue formal notices (e.g., notice of default, claim, extension). Respond to contract-related correspondence promptly and professionally. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks in contract performance. Manage complex contracts for large-scale construction projects. Maintain records of all contract documentation. Assist in dispute resolution and contract claims. Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in construction. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project management. Certification in Contract or Construction Management (e.g., CCM, CPCM) is a plus.
