This role will manage the overall logistics of multiple cities across the country. Leading on-demand delivery operations and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. The City Manager will take ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders, monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of riders/partners. What's On Your Plate? Oversees all daily logistics related operations Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle Leads communication with external suppliers Supervise, coach multiple rider managers and rider trainers Oversees and ensures restaurant onboarding and training Set up SOPs, policies and tools for safety / compliance of riders and partners Help with coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities Coordinate with country logistics head on operational zone setup and special projects Responsible for country's rider experience and satisfaction score Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress.

What Did We Order? Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus 5-8 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred Extensive experience in Data Analytics Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Urdu is a must; Arabic is a plus. People management skills: Experience of managing bigger group of people Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, handle stress.
