Job Description

The City Manager will be managing the overall logistics of multiple cities across the country, leading on-demand delivery operations and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. This role will be taking ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders, as well as monitoring, measuring and improving compliance and performance of riders/partners.

What's On Your Plate? ? Oversee all daily logistics-related operations ? Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle ? Lead communication with external suppliers ? Supervise and coach multiple rider managers and rider trainers ? Oversee and ensure restaurant onboarding and training ? Set up SOPs, policies, and tools for safety/compliance of riders and partners ? Help with the coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities ? Coordinate with country logistics head on operational zone setup and special projects ? Responsible for the country's rider experience and satisfaction score ? Provide weekly updates to country management on projects and performance progress

What Did We Order? ? Bachelor's Degree, MBA is a plus ? 5-8 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred ? Extensive experience in Data Analytics ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Urdu is a must; Arabic is a plus. ? People management skills: Experience in managing a bigger group of people ? Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams ? Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports ? Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and handle stress
