Job Description

1. Participate in the updating of company policies and be able to update and maintain company policies on a regular basis according to national policies and business needs. 2.Drive the performance implementation of business units and be responsible for the performance appraisal and incentive assessment of business units. 3. Effective follow-up and control of recruitment work, implementation of information release, resume screening, invitation, assessment and selection, preliminary test arrangement and other interview links to improve the recruitment achievement rate. 4. Budget, accounting, final accounts and control of human cost; 5. Other matters assigned by the leadership. Job requirements. 1. 3 years\' experience in HR overall work; Chinese is preferred. 2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resource management is preferred. 3. Familiar with labour law, skilled in giving effective advice and solving problems for managers and employees according to laws and regulations. 4.Good learning ability and sense of initiative, able to take the initiative to go deep into the business, understand the business, and be sensitive to the needs of the businessneeds of the business sector.
