Description

  • Position is based in Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi
  • To support Head of People & Culture in handling the day-to-day operations of HR Department ensuring the employees satisfaction.
  • Responsible in liaising for governmental documentation and process with PRO for visas, licenses, permits , medical, and government related requisites.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the HR software including; new joiner information, status changes, application of annual leave, attendance, sickness, overtime etc.
  • Responsible for the safe keeping and control of passports and their validity.
  • Develops and maintains confidential departmental staff and associated files, documents, and/or databases.
  • Responsible for the liaising of staff medical insurance issuance and cancellation and staff assistance for medical related enquiry and processes.
  • Coordinates for the bank account opening, C3 Cards and payroll notification of employees.
  • Cooridnate with other departments and Finance department to ensure the completion of Payroll as per the defined cut off dates.
  • Process the final settlements and visa cancellation for employee as and when required.
  • Ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of staff facilities by coordinating with all associated departments.
  • Keep track of Staff Accommodation arrangements and requisites: rooming allocation and inventory, inventory of staff (new comers and leavers), FFE and stores inventory, liaises for hygiene, safety and maintenance, control of incidents
  • Ensures all the utiliy bills are paid on time in coordination with Finance team and be in contact with the landlord to get the maintenance issues fixed.
  • Organize employee welfare activities that promote high employee morale: get-togethers, parties, sports fests, annual gatherings etc
  • Prepare all documents and materials that are needed for recognition programmes/social activities such as employee of the month/quarter, including nominations, printing certificates, preparing rewards and organizing outings.
  • Oversee employee facilities such as lockers, cafeteria, transportation and liaise with vendors for requisites.
  • Receive staff complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly
  • Responsible for providing support to the various human resources functions including; recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling in line with BAN/MHH policies and procedures.
  • Performs other tasks as required and assigned by department head
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Hospitality: 5 years (Preferred)
  • 4-5 star Hotel HR: 5 years (Required)
  • HR Functions: 5 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Required)
Shift availability:
  • Day Shift (Preferred)
