Job Description
Position: Human Resources Supervisor Reporting to: General Manager Salary: AED 7,500 to AED 8,000 subject to review after 6 months probationary Job Types: Full time, permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 Flexible as per business demands. Saturday from 10:00-16:00 SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong communication in written and oral skills
- Strong admin skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must have sound knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration system
- Time management
- Leadership
- Ability to work well in teams
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proven experience as HR Supervisor or other HR leadership
- Minimum attested Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years experience in HR Supervisor or other HR Leadership
- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Can join immediately
