Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for building our global sales operations and driving strategy and execution of the Company's and SaaS revenue. CRO will work closely with the Founders on indaHash as well as Business Development Heads to accelerate current channels, optimise customer happiness, as well as elaborate, test and scale new go-to-market strategies.

CRO will help to build a culture and the strategy but will also be an active contributor to the sales pipeline and revenue. They will be responsible for defining and implementing processes.

They need to be a hands-on thought leader who inspires and mentors colleagues and direct reports with clear thinking, market insights, customer understanding, problem solving, and top-notch deal making skills.

The ideal candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be highly collaborative, data driven and rigorous, and have a passion for people.

As the Chief Revenue Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the strategic business development and sales plan for indaHash, working closely with Business Development Teams
  • Reviewing Cr and improving CRM management.
  • Reviewing progress with Business Development Teams
  • Establishing and overseeing budgets to achieve indaHash's revenue goals
  • Inspiring, motivating, leading, and managing the Business Development Team to drive execution of business development and sales skills and processes, to achieve goals resulting in excellent client experience
  • Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company exceeds its revenue and profitability goals.
  • Providing senior leadership to the organisation market insights, pricing shifts, and competitive analysis
  • Working closely with the Board to align strategy with sales growth
  • Working closely with Product teams to define and prioritise Customer needs
  • Making Data-driven decisions with strong analytical reasoning power.
  • The results, focusing on both long- and short-term strategies; taking responsibility for accurate forecasting and meeting/exceeding agreed upon sales and revenue targets.
  • Inspiring customer success leadership to define and deliver on the customer value proposition, without sacrificing profitability targets.
  • Creating effective marketing collaterals
Requirements:
  • Experience in building systems of growth in startup companies and ramping them up, preferably with specific experience in Adtech B2B and SaaS services.
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach.
  • Commitment to integrity, customer service and positive organisation interactions.
  • Data driven decision making, adept at modelling financial justification of investments, deal and post deal metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy and related supporting initiatives.
