The Company Robert Half are working with a leading UAE business, who are looking for a Group Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing strategy across all business groups. You will have a strong marketing background, the ability to work with executive level boards, a passion for customers and driving success. The Role
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategy
- Work with business to implement annual marketing budget and monitored deliverables
- To lead and direct the Marketing function of all the business
- Provide guidance to all Division and Business Units to formulate annual marketing plan and budget.
- Evaluate annual marketing
- Execute the annual marketing deliverables as per agreed plan and budget.
- Ensure optimal spend of the marketing budget to ensure right returns
- Drive new initiatives targeting at increasing customer base, audience and market share.
- Oversee product launch and promotional activities, including launch of new product or services and overseeing cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Recommend new avenues to increase the revenue
- Post-Graduate / PG-Diploma preferably in marketing
- 15 - 20 years of relevant experience
- UAE experience of 8 years or more in managerial role
- Should have worked in media industry, retail, entertainment
