Key Responsibilites: Responsible for MIS Reports, Monthly Closing, GL Accounting & Administration, Budgeting & Control, STAT/Internal Audit, Monthly VAT Returns & liaising with KSA Govt Authorities. Accounting & MIS Activities
Monitoring Revenue Interface – Auto Sales Entries & posting to Journal & OFIN
Ascertaining Monthly COGS
Validating & Posting of Intercompany Entries
Monthly/Quarterly Intercompany Reconciliation/Sign off
Passing provision of EOSB/Utilities/AMC’s/ PO’based (Foodmark & HOSP KSA Books)
Amortization of all prepaid expenses (TL, Visa, PAR & Med Ins, Rent, Internet & Others) (Foodmark & HOSP)
Ensure and validation of monthly OPEX booked
Ensure all necessary book closure activities are done as per the shared Month END Chater by coordinating with a team member
Submission of TBs & other reports as required by Concepts/ UAE Corp
Computation of corporate allocation between all KSA concepts
Responsible to maintain complete balance sheet (Fixed Assets, CWIP, Staff Advances, Prepayments, Receivables, Sales Tender account, Cash & Treasury, Aged Payables. Provision of Utility, Staff Related payment, EOSB & Other if any)
Responsible to provide FAR on monthly basis to concepts with reverting on possible quiery raised. Attending Monthly PNL MIS Meeting with all valid explanations on querries related to OPEX & Sales Budget Achievement
Budeting & Budetary Control
Coordination with each department on their OPEX budgetCompiling & validation of data & consolidating of estimates send to Corporate Team UAE after through verification comparison with LFL, backed with contracts, determination of CTC Staff wise in detail, etc..
STAT Audit/ Internal Audit Compliance
Managing & Attending, completion of Yearly Stat Audit Requirement for FF/FC/Hosp
Attending/Meeting Internal Auditors’ compliance & reverting to them with all possible points of action regularly
Filing of monthly VAT Returns for Group on GAZT portal
Attending/Reverting to all assessments done by GAZT Team on the returns submitted.
Compiling and preparation of various ANNEX/Exhibits for Yearly Tax Returns form to GAZT
Validation of same data and arrange to file up returns with our Tax Auditors
Validation & Approvals of Documents
Verification & validation of all Concepts’ PVs in compliance of ICD Team (GRN Confirmation, PO Matching, SOA recon, etc. are attached) &Guiding team on Online payment (Govt/Stat/WPS) & approving the same.

Actuarial valuation compliance of Gratuity
Concept of operating and finance leases
Accounting treatment of new lease requirement
Basic withholding tax deduction at source and filing requirement
Repercussions of noncompliance of WHT viz a viz penalties
Knowledge of VAT deduction on capital assets
VAT applicable on imports
Ineligible VAT deductions
Knowledge of audit disclosure requirements such as disclosure off-balance sheet items, commitment, and contingencies, etc
Education: ACCA/CMA or equivalent No. of Years of Experience: 3 – 5 Years Nature of Experience: Similar experience in Hospitality/Retail/FMCG Functional Skills: Oracle R12, & well versed in MS-Office Behavioral Skills: Good interpersonal skills, quick learner, Problem Solving & Great Leadership Skills
