Job Description
Role Overview:
The COO will lead day-to-day operations and drive business growth by implementing strategic and financial initiatives across real estate development, investment, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadership. Oversee operational processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and investment analysis to optimize ROI. Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions. Build and mentor high-performing teams across operations, finance, and development. Maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related; MBA preferred. 10+ years in senior real estate or property management roles. Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen. Proven leadership and team management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED70,000.00 per month
