An established, licensed financial services company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Emirati with family book to lead its HR function.
Your Impact:
- Lead HR operations including payroll, recruitment, talent management, training & development, and administrative functions.
- Drive HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and expansion plans.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and the Executive Committee.
Who We're Looking For:
- Emirati with FB with 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
- Experience in scaling HR functions or leading HR transformation is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
